Ship Breaker
This is my first post on my independent reading book, Ship Breaker. This is the first time that I have read a book written by Paolo Bacigalupi and so far I am very pleased. I like books that have lots of action and conflict throughout the book. As of this point in the book it seems that it will very action packed. So far the book is about a boy named Nailer that works for the light crew, which is a group of people that scavenges through old oil tankers in search of materials such as copper. He does this to make money so that he live to see another day. Nailer has met many challenges so far and will definitely have more throughout the book.

The book sounds interesting I like how you added your feeling on the book but I don't understand how scavenging through oil tankers is action packed

ReplyDeleteThis does look interesting , but i'm still trying to think of conflicts that he could run in to besides harsh weather and people on the crew going crazy
ReplyDeleteMy book also has a lot of action but more fantasy. It is Throne of Fire by Rick Riordan. I like though the plot of your book.
